Motivation
HeyFrwrd started from watching creators and coaches lose sales in their DMs. Not because of lack of interest, but because conversations stall, replies come late, or leads aren’t handled consistently. The goal was to build a system that supports human sellers instead of replacing them.
Summary
HeyFrwrd is a sales copilot focused on helping creators and small teams manage and convert inbound conversations. It combines structured flows, automation, and AI-assisted replies to keep conversations moving while preserving a human touch. The product is designed to scale conversations without turning them into spam.

Next.js App Router–based application with server-side rendering for performance and SEO, and client-side interactive flows for demos and onboarding. Environment configuration and validation are handled at build time, while analytics and event tracking capture user behavior across the funnel. The frontend is structured around modular sections and motion-driven interactions, with a clean separation between presentation, form logic, and data collection.
